- Additional questions and answers. 4.) Should the system have only a spray header to deliver fresh water from the plant source? If so, what is the GPM Flow and pressure from source? There shall be spray heads on all sides and one rotating head in the center to clean the inside of the drum. (thru the 2" bung hole). All spray heads are used for both wash and rinse cycles. Water pressure is approximately 30 GPM from plant source. 5.) Are you rotating the drum during wash cycle? No, the drum is not required to rotate.
