- The U.S. Census Bureau is issuing the following amendment to Sol 51-SO-BC-8-00064. This amendment is due to production requirements of the U.S. Census Bureau’s National Processing Center. Change the following (H) The supplemental insert station must be capable of handling pieces ranging from 2 X 4 to 11 X 8.5 to read 3 ½ to 11 X 8.5. Change the following (I) from the system must have a means of feeding the outside envelopes ranging in size from 4 X 6 to 10 X 13 to 4 X 9 to 10 X 13. All other specifications remain unchanged.
