- Travis Air Force Base intends to award a sole source Purchase Order for an Integrated Display & Dissemination System (IDS5) to Systems Atlanta Inc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210. The business size standard is 25 million. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 7030. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3577. Justification for a sole source include the following: IDS5 is already used at Travis AFB, the system to be purchase will be an expansion on the current system. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26; Defense DCN 20080812; Air Force AFAC 2008-0605. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial.
