- Red River Army Depot (RRAD), Texarkana, Texas has a requirement contract to Prep and final paint M915 FOV in accordance with Red River Army Depot statement of work. This solicitation will be set aside 100% for small businesses under NAISC 81121. This requirement is part of the depot's remanufacturing process. The contractor will be responsible for all transportation of assets to and from RRAD. Contractor will maintain insurance to cover the contractor if you choose to drive the assets to your facility. Any one that drives these trucks on a public roadway must have a valid and current class A commercial drivers license. Final approval to drive govearnment furnished assets to the contractor's facility rest with the contracting officer. The contract will be one year. The estimated quantity is 81 truck. There are no guarantee minimum or maximum quantities. Firms interested in receiving this solicitation my download if from our website at www.redriver.army.mil, procurement and solictation.
