- **This amendment is issued to dissolve the small business set aside restriction. When posted, this solicitation will be available for full and open competition. The estimated date for posting of the solicitation remains 8/29/08. This date is estimated at best, and it is the contractor's responsibility to check FedBizOpps regularly for release of the solicitation.** This solicitation will include the following National Stock Numbers: 2010-01-419-3990, 2010-01-033-4476, 2010-01-074-2420, 2010-01-125-3273, 2010-01-130-4949, 2010-01-463-9096, 2010-01-463-9101, 2010-01-450-5805, 2010-01-450-5807, 2010-01-482-6135, 2010-01-501-5755, 2010-01-501-5749, 2010-01-534-9095, 2010-01-534-9089, 2010-01-377-2284, 2010-01-377-2308, 2010-01-501-5506, 2010-01-501-5504, 2010-01-501-5465; Manufacture, testing, inspection, preservation, and packaging of marine propellers from 18” to 56” in diameter. Delivery of propellers shall be made F.O.B. destination, within approximately 30 calendar days after Coast Guard approval of test and inspection reports. Delivery shall be made to the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. It is intended to award a requirements type contract with one base year and four option years. A specification further describing the Coast Guard’s requirements shall be uploaded with the solicitation. The solicitation package will be available for downloading from FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov on or about 08/29/08. Be advised that this date is estimated at best, and it is the contractor’s responsibility to check FedBizOpps regularly for release of the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 331525, and the size standard for small businesses is no more than 500 employees.
