- Description
- This is an unrestricted acquisition for Fresh Bread and Bakery Products for DoD and non-DoD customers in the state of California. Major delivery points include Monterey, CA and NAS Lemoore and California Air National Guard. The current contract expires January 3, 2009. These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Bread and Bakery Products for delivery beginning January 4, 2009 and ending January 8, 2011. The contract period will be twenty-four (24) months. IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE TWO YEAR CONTRACT PERIOD: PRICES WILL BE FIRM FIXED DURING YEAR ONE OF THE CONTRACT. THE PRICING FOR YEAR TWO WILL BE THE LOWER OF THE PROPOSED YEAR-TWO PRICING OR THE YEAR-ONE PRICING WITH THE PRODUCER PRICE INDEX ADJUSTMENT APPLIED. All materials to be used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful offeror(s). All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP). Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com.
