- The United States Marine Corps, Blount Island Command (BIC), intends to issue a sole-source contract for an APC uninterrupted power supply (UPS) system. The electrical distribution equipment is to be installed within the BIC datacenter environment and must interoperate with existing APC equipment. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. Written responses shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement as described above. Award will be made within 5 days of this notice.
