- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3HSR18259A003 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. This solicitation is issued as a 100 percent small business set-aside; the NAICS Code is 23210; the NAICS size standard is $31M. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for delivery and installation of the following items: THIS IS A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUIREMENT FOR OMNI WALL PRODUCTS 2 each Omni Walls built in 10' X 10' office space configuration. Total of 60 linear ft of new wall is required. 2 each doors installed in the Omni wall. Quotes shall include materials, delivery, installation and clean up at room 3B-15 Bldg 500 Offutt AFB, NE. A site visit will be held on 22 September 2008, at 1:00 pm (cst). All interested parties must submit written notification of their intent to attend the site visit NLT than 19 September at 3:00 pm (cst). Written notification must include the number of people that will be attending and the names of the individuals. Direction to the site visit will be provided to all parties that express intent to attend. All quotes should be received NLT Thursday, 23 September 2008, at 3:00 pm (cst), and sent electronically via e-mail, if possible, to joel.bartholomew@offutt.af.mil or faxed to SSgt Joel Bartholomew at (402) 294-7280. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY Thursday, 23 September 2008, at 3:00 pm (cst) will make an offeror ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration.
