Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number R1BK25080101 is issued and is Request for Proposal (RFP), 100% set-aside for ALL Small business concerns. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-26. The associated NAICS code is 423430 and the small business size standard is 100 employees. Description of Work: Commercially available computer and computer peripheral equipment and software, including delivery to Washington, DC, as set forth in Attachment A. Any questions shall be directed to the Contracting Officer, Anthony W. Pellegrino (617-565-5750) at anthony.pellegrino@gsa.gov. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items (June 2008) applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference. Clause (c) Period for acceptance of offers, is completed as follows:. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation; however, award will be made in Fiscal Year 2008. There shall be no partial deliveries or payments, as applicable. Offerors are to provide quotations for all items to be considered responsive. Only one award will be made in response to this solicitation, multiple awards will not be made, and award will be made to the lowest priced offer that meets all requirements of this solicitation. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (June 2008), with its offer and/or state the information is available at the ORCA website or provide a copy from the ORCA website. Offerors shall provide their CAGE, TIN, and DUNS numbers. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Feb 2007), applies to this acquisition. Contractors must be registered in CCR and GSA’s ITSS system to receive an award: please ensure the addresses and all other information contained in CCR matches exactly the information in ITSS. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (June 2008), applies to this acquisition. The following additional clauses are incorporated by reference to implement provisions of law or executive orders applicable to acquisitions of commercial items or components: 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (June 2003) 52.223-16, IEEE 1680 Standard for the Environmental Assessment of Personal Computer Products (DEC 2007) (E.O. 13423). 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer—Central Contractor Registration (Oct 2003)
