- Travis Air Force Base intends to award a sole source Purchase Order for: Upgrade to LCD on fuel gauge to include replacement of LCD glass, replacement of elastomeric connectors, replacement of both switch boots, replacement retainer plate, align and calibrate to original ATP to AMI L-3 Communications Corporation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339999. The business size standard is 500 Employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6695. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3699. Justification for a sole source includes the following: AMI L-3 has sole propriety right to the circuit cards and software within the gauges. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26; Defense DCN 20080812; Air Force AFAC 2008-0605.
