Description

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make award to West Publishing Corporation on a sole source basis for the WestPack Print Program for the period from October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009 with two one-year option periods. This award will be made as part of a delivery order to West Publishing Corporation. The PBGC requires renewals of 141 Thompson West print materials that are not available from any other source. Interested parties may provide a capabilities statement by the due date/time. No solicitation is contemplated unless a substantive capabilities statement is received.
