- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6700109Q0004 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business and is for a firm fixed-price. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 813910 and the small business size standard is $6.5 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is R421. Line Item #0001: EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT SERVICES FOR A CLOSE-OUT SUPPORT ASSISTANT TO BE PERFORMED AT THE INSTALLATION CONTRACT ADMINSTRATIVE OFFICE, MCIEAST, CAMP LEJEUNE, NC 28542. QUANTITY: 12 Months. LABOR HOURS! DO NOT INCLUDE OVERTIME HOURS. Line Item #0002: OPTION YEAR. Quantity: 12 Months. QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST SUBMIT THEIR RESUME WITH THEIR QUOTE. SEE STATEMENT OF WORK ATTACHED. This solicitation will result in the award of one base year contract and one 1-year Option Period to be exercised at the discretion of the government. Evaluations of Options will be IAW FAR 52.217-5. Options will be exercised IAW FAR 52.217-9. This solicitation is subject to the Service Contract Act of 1965. Applicable Wage Determination number 2005-2393, Revision 7, dated 05/29/2008. The Basis of Award will be based on Best Value to the Government.
