- VISN 9 consisting of medical centers in Louisville, Lexington, KY; Memphis, Nashville, Murfreesboro, Mountain Home, TN; and Huntington WV requires renewal of Micromedex subscription for the period of 10/1/08 through 9/30/09. Micromedex provides web based medical information to clinical questions in regard to diseases, drug interactions, herbal medicine, emergency medicine, and is used for patient education and information. This notice is an intent to award a sole source procurement to Micromedex for continuation of this software subscription for databases, Drugdex, Poisindex, Indentidex, Martindale, Tomes, Reprorisk, PDR< Pharmaceutical MDS, Drug Reas and Care notes. Offerors may submit a response to this notice in writing to the Contracting Officer and include any software information, brochures. Questions must be in writing to the Contracting Officer by e-mail. Telephone responses will not be honored.
