- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W90BBK82350004-Stake Bed trucks- 12 Stake bed trucks rental QTY- 5 each Estimated dates of service needed: 27 October 2008 through 30 September 2009 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-25. This is totally set aide for small businesses. Contractors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award. Register at www.ccr.gov. Applicable NAICS code is 532120. See below for description of services requested. Award will be made to the lowest offeror whose services meet the Governments minimum needs. Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Clause at FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
