PR number IQC08259009006, 1615-00-970-1252, Trunion Assembly, Swashplate used on the UH-1N Helicopter. Source Controlled, Configuration Controlled, Flight Safety Critical, Critical Safety Item. Approved sources are Bell Helicopter, cage 97499, P/N 204-011-451-001 and Rexnord Corp, cage 77896, p/n MRX2. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min is 147 Ea, Min Order Qty 147, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 588, Max Contract Qty per year is 1,176. Delivery: 160 days ARO. Ship to stock locations in the Continental US. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. The solicitation issue date is October 27, 2008 and the closing date is November 28, 2008.
