For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. *** PRON: AX9F0026AX. The Government has a requirement for a quantity of 100 each of a Support, Structural, NSN: 1560-01-551-0465, Part Number: 70209-03021-044 applicable to the BE (UH-60 (Blackhawk)). F.O.B. Origin with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Required delivery is 100 each 90 days after contract award (DACA). The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code: 78286. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 12470.
