- Description
- The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is soliciting for Cultural Resources Compliance Services contract for work within the State of Michigan. This contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to include: one base year and four option years. Currently funds are not available. Task orders could include performance of any part of all operations necessary to perform Cultural Resources surveys of varying intensity, including Archival Research, Primary Field Investigations, Small Phase 1A/B Surveys, and Consultations. These surveys could include pedestrian surveys, shovel testing and intensive subsurface testing. The chosen firm(s) will be required to document findings. The NRCS will use the results of activities under this contract to comply with the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and NRCS General Manual Part 401. A solicitation will be posted to www.fbo.gov on or around October 15, 2008. The NAICS code 541620 has a small business size standard of $6.5 million in average annual revenues. Interested parties should download all information posted to this site and submit their proposals before the posted closing date. The magnitude of work for this contract is estimated to be less than $100,000.00. Work under this contract will be subject to the Service Contract Act for all counties in Michigan. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) database at http://www.ccr.gov.
