- Amdendment 1 of the RFP was posted on Tuesday, September 23, 2008. This amendment includes answers to questions posed by potential offerors recieved through Monday, September 22, 2008. Amendment 2 of the RFP was posted on Sunday, September 28, 2008. This amendment includes answers to questions posed by potential offerors received through Friday, September 26, 2008. Amendment 3 of the RFP was posted on Wednesday, October 1, 2008. This amendment extends the submission deadline to Monday, November 10, 2008. Amendment 4 of the RFP was posted on Thursday, October 9, 2008. This amendment extends the time to submit a question to Monday, October 27, 2008 and clarifies the submission deadline of Parts I and II of the proposal as Monday, November 10, 2008. Amendment 5 of the RFP was posted on Friday, October 17, 2008. This amendment deletes and replaces Article H.16 Good Laboratory Practice and includes answers to questions posed by potential offerors received through Friday, October 17, 2008. Offerors are reminded that they must acknowledge the receipt of EACH amendment on each copy of the offer submitted.
