Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations. The provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-25 are incorporated into this solicitation. This acquisition is 100 percent small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 811310 and the Size Standard is $6,500,000.00. Item 0001: (Base Year) Provide annual maintenance of exercise equipment located in Buildings 1444, 1445 and 3705 at Andrews AFB, MD from 1-November-2008 through 31-October-2009 in accordance with the attached Statement Of Work. Item 1001: (Option Year I) Provide annual maintenance of exercise equipment located in Buildings 1444, 1445 and 3705 at Andrews AFB, MD from 1-November-2009 through 31-October-2010 in accordance with the attached Statement Of Work. Item 2001: (Option Year II) Provide annual maintenance of exercise equipment located in Buildings 1444, 1445 and 3705 at Andrews AFB, MD from 1-November-2010 through 31-October-2011 in accordance with the attached Statement Of Work. Item 3001: (Option Year III) Provide annual maintenance of exercise equipment located in Buildings 1444, 1445 and 3705 at Andrews AFB, MD from 1-November-2011 through 31-October-2012 in accordance with the attached Statement Of Work. Item 4001: (Option Year IV) Provide annual maintenance of exercise equipment located in Buildings 1444, 1445 and 3705 at Andrews AFB, MD from 1-November-2012 through 31-October-2013 in accordance with the attached Statement Of Work. The delivery and acceptance will be at Andrews AFB, MD. 20762. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-2 Evaluation—Commercial Items, is applicable to the solicitation and the evaluation factor is price. All offerors should include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Items, with its offer. Offeror shall complete only paragraph (k) of the provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov.
