Description

Amendment 0006 has been posted. The new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and Contractor Bid Schedule have been added as attachments. The offer due date has been extended until 12 Nov 2008 at 3:00pm. The amendment also changes the performance start date from 1 January 2009 to 1 February 2009. We are currently waiting for the CBA to be incorporated into an official Wage Determination by the Department of Labor. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with the current CBA and abide to the response time in amendment 0006. The official Wage Determination number will be given at the time of award, or to offerors after close of the solicitation (as deemed necessary by the Government).
