- 0409RQ21102 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared with the format in the Federal Acquisition regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice and the following simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13.5.
