- IQC08144009038. End Item Application: This solicitation will contain one NSN 1560008265631, for a Floor Aircraft; Annual Estimated Quantity: 36 each, Max Year AEQ: 72 each. This is a 1C item. The approved sources are: Pratt & Whitney (Cage Code: 1N454 P/N 205-031-332-69) The Nordam Group Inc. (Cage Code: 29957 P/N 205-031-332-69) Helicomb International Inc. (Cage Code: 6W159 P/N 205-031-332-69) Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. (Cage Code: 97499 P/N 205-031-332-69) First Article Approval Contractor Testing Required. First Article Test Plan must be approved prior to submitting a First Article Test Report. This item requires Contractor First Article on two (2) samples. The solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited as HubZone Set Aside. Only offers from HubZone Mfg or HubZone Dealers offering a HubZone mfg part number listed in the item description will be considered. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about November 20, 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
