- Lakehurst Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to award a Sole Source modification against contract N68335-06-D-0008 to Engineered Arresting Systems Corporation (ESCO). The basic contract was awarded to ESCO on 21 December 2005 utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The contract is a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for all management, logistics, administration, spares, maintenance, configuration management, depot rework and repair, training, engineering support, web site support, phone support, and all associated reporting of activities in support of the M31 Arresting Gear.
