Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 6 Human Resources Office has a requirement for a contractor to conduct locality pay surveys for Registered Nurses (RNs) or obtain a Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) or third party survey, if available, to establish pay market based salaries for RNs. The survey should be timed to allow delivery of survey reports to VISN 6 by June 1 and December 30 for the length of contract. The solicitation will be posted on Fedbizopps on November 6, 2008 with a close date of November 20, 2008, 4:30 p.m.
