- 1. What is the name and CAGE code of your organization? 2. Is your organization a small business under NAICS 334515 Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals? Note: The size standard for NAICS 334515 is 500 employees. 3. Do you think this acquisition is better defined under another NAICS code? What is that code? 4. Is your organization a HUBZone, small disadvantaged, 8A, service disable veteran owned or other sub-type of small business? 5. Would you be supplying the product of your own manufacture? 6. If you are a small business and not supplying a product of your own manufacture, would it be the product of another small business? 7. Describe your experience in similar acquisitions and tell in what way were these acquisitions similar to our requirement? 8. Is your company ISO 9001:2000 certified? Compliant? 9. Does your company have any experience in development of test systems/equipment that has been accepted by a DoD Agency (Air Force, Navy, etc.)? What are they? Give some details about the project, when it was completed, level of complexity, was the contract completed on schedule according to the contract Period of Performance, etc. 10. Does your company have any experience with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs)? If so, please provide some examples of when you were required to use them. 11. Has your company had a project where you were required to work with the Air Force Metrology and Calibration (AFMETCAL) group? Has your company been required to develop a Calibration/Measurements Requirements Summary (CMRS)? Are you familiar with the Portable Automatic Test Equipment Calibrator (PATEC)? Give some examples showing these projects. 12. What ownership or usage rights could you give the government for all technical data. This includes software code, hardware design, and engineering drawings. The government needs to be able to, at it's discretion, have additional units made and develop additional Test Program Sets (TPS). Can your company comply with this requirement? 13. Has your company had experience in development of Test Program Sets (TPS) for any DoD agency? Give examples. 14. Please give your proposed software design structure. Include your methodology for accommodation of future instrumentation obsolescence, code documentation, and any other software design structure benefits. 15. Documentation - please give some examples of your experience in providing technical documentation for DoD agencies, such as Technical Order Development, User Manuals, O&M Manuals, etc. 16. What is your company's experience in the development of PXI based systems? What experience does your company have with National Instruments' LabVIEW and/or TestStand? 17. Section 8.1.2 of the Purchase Description refers to the development of a post-processor to use Teradyne's Logic Automated Stimulus and Response (LASAR) on a PXI-based system. The eventual contract winner may be given the option to develop this post-processor and at a minimum will be required to develop a tester that will be LASAR capable. Do you have the corporate knowledge to accomplish this task? Give evidence to support your claim. 18. What, if any, changes do you recommend to the purchase description? Why?
