Description
NSN 3120-00-107-1678, Bearing, Plain, Rod End, “Source Controlled Item” Lockheed Martin Corporation (Cage 98897), Dwg # STSKF200, Rev J, P/N STSKF200CS05 Approved Sources: Dover Diversifed DBA Kahr Bearing (97613), P/N 3STSKF200CS05, Roller Bearing Co (81376), P/N STSKF200CS05, Rexnord Industries, (77896), P/N STSKF200CS05, Specline, Inc. (16746), STSKFF200CS05, RBC Transport (09455), P/N STSKF200CS05 and U S Bearing Div (02758) STSKFF200CS05. Terms are FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. Requested delivery is 96 DARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. A QCC Code of FCA. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 468 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 117 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Surge requirements are applicable. Surge plan detailing how schedule and surge quantity requirements will be met must be submitted. Deliveries will be to the DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 8 December 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
