Description
The purpose of this Contract is to provide T/TA support services to prospective ANA applicants, ANA grantees and the ANA organization, in the ANA Region IV Pacific Basin. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, to include consultants, subcontractors, salary employees, material, equipment, and services, including travel and per diem and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to provide T/TA services on behalf of ANA. Services include training and technical assistance to potential applicants and current grantees; information and/or material distribution services; telephone, electronic and walk-in customer services; preparation and distribution of informational and training materials; warehousing and updating of training curricula; regional program and project support; facilitation and coordination of regional visits and activities necessary to meet the programmatic needs of ANA. T/TA shall be available under this Contract to any eligible ANA grantee and to Native American non-profit organization that are eligible for financial assistance under Section 803 of the Act. Additionally, T/TA shall be available, on a limited basis and only as directed by the Government’s Project Officer (PO), to organizations eligible for funding under other ACF priority areas focused on Native Americans within the scope of the negotiated Contract. If such service is provided, it should leverage ACF funds to support self-determined community strategic goals. Collaboration, teamwork and the sharing of information among ANA T/TA Contractors with ANA is the cornerstone of ANA’s successful, effective and efficient T/TA. Collaboration in the identification and utilization of capacity-building techniques and technical assistance resources and services between ANA, ANA T/TA providers, and other ACF T/TA providers is essential. Therefore, upon request of the Government, the Contractor shall collaborate, coordinate, consult, advise, train, and update other providers. The Solciation Docuemtn shall be released 9 days from today, on November 26, 2008. This Solcitaion Number 09Y014372 is being posted under Full & Open Competiton, and replaces the previous Solicitation Number HHSP2332009ANA Region IVwhich was 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
