Description
SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION: This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N00104-09-Q-Q183 is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210 and the small business size standard is $14 million. The contractor shall provide the following: All supplies and labor to move 9 SIPRnet cable runs and drop boxes from COMNAVAIRPAC Naval Air Station, North Island in San Diego, CA in! Building G to new locations within Building G and install Cipher Locks and Schlage Primus dead bolts on all drop location access doors. The contractor must use Multi Mode ST Epoxy type connectors, Cipher locks, and Schlage Primus dead bolts. Numbered note 22 applies. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES. The following FAR Subpart 12 provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference: Time of Delivery. (6/97); FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (a) FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, Alternate I (Offerors must submit a completed copy of the Representations and Certifications with their offer); FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, (a), (b)(1), (5), (7), (11-16), (21), (24), (d) and (e). EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS/OFFERS. Quotes/offers will be evaluated! IAW FAR 13.106-2. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote/offer represents the lowest price technically acceptable to meet the Government's need.
