- NSN 5998-01-207-7149, PR #0017269378, Electronic Component. This requirement is for a total quantity of 52. Item is solicited under Other than Full and Open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C 2304 (c). Approved sources are: Herley (24469) P/N 7188B and Northrop (97942) P/N 586R577H01. First Article Testing is not required. Estimated delivery is 10 months after the date of the contract. Inspection / Acceptance at Origin. FOB to New Cumberland, PA. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of December 22, 2008. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
