- NAICS Code: 561421 The purpose of this amendment is to add the Answers to the questions that have been received in response to interest generated by this requirement. Questions Regarding Answering Services Solicitation 1. Is there a current contract in place? Yes, there is a current contract in place; it is in the form of a Purchase Order, EP08H00992 with Professional Telephone Services, Inc in the amount of $15,000.00. 2. If so, what is the current amount being paid under contract? The contract is in the amount of $15,000.00. 3. What is the average call volume per day? or per week? or per month? Approximately 100-150 calls per month stretched over all of the offices. 4. Does the software already exist where the EPA would want the answers recorded? No such software exists or is needed for the requirement. 5. Is there a call waiting time limit? or a calls must be answered "live" requirement? We have no set time limit for call waiting but calls shall be answered live during the hours indicated in the SOW. 6. Can you please tell me if the wage determination applies to this solicitation and, if so, under what category? No, a wage determination does not apply to this solicitation. 7. Type of Candidate, General Clerks I, II, III etc. No wage determinations nor labor classifications are set for this solicitation. 8. What level of security clearance is required? No security clearance is required, calls requesting such information would be forwarded to the agent on duty. 9. Can we perform this task at our nearby local call center or does it have to be performed on-site at a designated facility? As long as the service can be provided to those offices that require it, it makes no difference where the calls are taken. There is no designated facility at which these services must be provided.
