- The contractor shall build this Test Stand to meet the government's requirements in acquiring and plotting flow vs. pressure drop, flow and pressure gains, proof pressure, internal leakage, cracking pressure and general performance characteristics testing for applicable hydraulic components. This is a request for information. At this time we are seeking sources available to provide the test stand described above. The complete purchase description is attached. This is a request for information seeking sources capable of meeting the requirements in the attached Purchase Description. When responding please include: 1. Company Name and Cage code 2.
