Description

Main Electrical Panel Box, Part Number RIA152572. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Anticipate award of a 3-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract with minimum guaranteed quantity of 125 each Main Electrical Panel Boxes, restricted to Springfield Electric Supply Company, 700 North 9th Street, Springfield, Illinois 62702-6307. The Government lacks certain data rights to the item. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Ths notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
