- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Financial Management Service, Division of Payment Management through the Program Support Center, plans to award a 12 month sole source simplified acquisition in accordance with Parts 6.302-1(a)(2) of the Federal Acquisition Regulation to Atlantic Services Group, 2131 K Street, NW, Suite 200, Washington DC 20037. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide monthly parking permits for the Division of Payment Management (DPM) employees located in 11400 Rockville Pike Rockwall1 Building Rockville Maryland. It is the only company managing and owning the parking adjacent to the building which provides secure and monitored access for employee working DPM’s unique late nigh schedule. The period of performance will be for 12 months. THE PROPOSED SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION ACTION IS FOR SUPPLIES AND SERVICES FOR WHICH THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1. INTERESTED PERSONS MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT OR SUBMIT PROPOSALS WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF PUBLICATION OF THE NOTICE. A DETERMINATION BY THE GOVERNMENT NOT TO COMPETE THIS PROPOSED SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITIONS BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS NOTICE IS SOLELY WITHIN THE DISCRETION OF THE GOVERNMENT. INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL NORMALLY BE CONSIDERED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF DETERMINING WHETHER TO CONDUCT A COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT.
