- This is a combined synopsis/RFQ for Standing Quote QSDACCA-G6-08-0011-SQ for FSC 8415 – Gloves, Split Leather (XS). Proposed Period: Date of Award through November 30, 2009. Item purchase description is contained within the RFQ for NSN 8415-01-568-0011. Procurement is not set aside for small business. NAICS code 315992 applies to this NSN. Delivery requirements and FOB Point is referenced within the RFQ. Gloves shall meet NFPA 1977 Standard on Protective Clothing and Equipment for Wildland Fire Fighting, 2005 Edition. Offeror must provide a copy of the NFPA Certification letter as part of their offer. In addition, certification must be in place at time of offer submission. Offeror shall review and complete all clauses and return complete RFQ package. Offer must be signed and dated. Offerors that fail to furnish the required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation, may be excluded from consideration. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
