- The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is soliciting quotes for Maintenance and Repair Services for two (2) Sarns Heart Lung Machines, model 8000 S/N 1491 and model 8000 S/N 1879. Services shall be provided at the Edward Hines VA Hospital, Hines, IL. Solicitation is for the base period of January 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009 with four (4) option years. NAICS: 811219. Size Standard is $7.0 million. This is an unrestricted solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
