- DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY UNITED STATES ARMY MEDICAL COMMAND HEALTH CARE ACQUISITION ACTIVITY SOUTHEAST REGIONAL CONTRACTING OFFICE BUILDING 39706, 40TH STREET FORT GORDON, GA 30905-5650 SYNOPSIS I.INTRODUCTION. A.This is a synopsis for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 5.203(a) Synopsis of Proposed Contract Actions. This announcement constitutes the synopsis only and a solicitation will be issued. B.The solicitation number is W91YTV-09-T-0015. C.The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 621111, Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists). D.This acquisition is a 100 percent small business set aside. E.This acquisition is unrated under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System. II.GENERAL. A.The Southeast Regional Contracting Office at Fort Gordon, Georgia plans to contract for a Family Practice Physician (1 FTE), full time in support of the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) for Lawrence Joel Army Health Clinic, Fort McPherson, Georgia. B.This will be a firm-fixed priced contract with a performance period of February 1, 2009 to July 31, 2009. C.The anticipated release date of the solicitation is December 15, 2008. D.Offerors will have 15 days from the release date of the solicitation to submit proposals.
