Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Solicitation is for 84 each with a 100% quantity option. Delivery: 144 days ARO. Ship to New Cumberland, PA, Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. The solicitation issue date is December 29, 2008 and the closing date is January 29, 2009.
