Description

As an amendment to the above soliciation the following changes have been made: The proposal due date has been extended from December 19, 2008 to December 30, 2008 no later than 2:00 Eastern Standard Time. Also the past performance questionnaires are due at the time proposals are due to be sent to the Contract Specialist, Tisha Blue. The Request For Information (RFIs) questions and responses are attached to this amendment along with the RFP,which has been revised to reflect changes from the questions and responses.
