- Description
- The National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for BioInformatics Technology and Training (CBITT) plans to procure as a sole source the brand name AntHill Pro 3.X ALA software with Urban Code, 2044 Euclid Avenue, Ste. 600, Cleveland, OH 44115. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures as stated in FAR Part 13.106-1 (b)(1). The North American Industry Classification System code is 511210 and the business size standard is $23 M employees. AntHill Pro is a commercial off-the-shelf software product that allows NCI to manage software builds and deployments. Obtaining this software will keep NCI’s product base current, expand the number of supported projects/teams, enhance reliability and performance and provide needed access to technical resources when problems arise. NCI currently uses Urban Code’s Ant Hill & Ant Hill Pro in support of the NCI application software configuration change management program, which includes automated build and deployment. AnthillPro 3.X ALA is a cross-platform Build Management Service for software development teams using.NET, Java, or native technologies. AnthillPro3 makes it possible to define and automate distributed builds, deployments, test orchestration, releases and more. AnthillPro3.X ALA captures build artifacts for reuse and promotion to later lifecycle stages including a rich set of integration with ALM tools providing visibility and traceability for all projects. This supports the automation of the entire software development lifecycle. The AntHill Pro 3.x ALA is a major component in NCI CBIIT’s software deployment & life cycle management program. Urban Code is currently the only source known to the NCI that can provide software with the capability required to continue the mission of the NCI and CBITT. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotations. However, if any interested party believes it can perform the requirement as detailed they may submit a statement of capabilities.
