- This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source (Note 22) contract to THIRD WAVE TECHNOLOGIES, INC., 502 S ROSA RD, MADISON, WISCONSIN 53719-1256 based on urgency. This notice is an urgent requirement for Walter Reed Army Medical Center, 6900 Georgia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20307, Contract No. W91YTZ-09-T-0051.
