- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT advertisement only. No solicitation exists at this time. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District is seeking information regarding capability and availability of qualified contractors to include Certified Small Businesses, Hub-zone Certified Small Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Women-Owned Businesses or 8(a) Certified firms Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms for a minimum of one and a maximum of three, Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC) for Construction Management Services. Contracts may be issued up to one year after selection approval. Typically, the contracts will consist of five ordering schedules, each schedule not to exceed one year, for a total of five years maximum. Projects to be assigned are not yet determined and funds are not presently available. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 541330. The Small Business Size Standard is $12.5 million. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR Internet site at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the DOD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-800-334-3414. Construction management services are required to support construction management activities for construction contracts at military installations throughout the Savannah District. These installations can include Ft Bragg, Ft Gordon, Ft Jackson, Ft Stewart, Ft Benning, Ft McPherson, Ft. Gillem, Moody AFB, Hunter AAF, Seymour Johnson AFB, Robins AFB, and other installations as required. Required services include a broad range of engineering and construction activities including (but not limited to) assistance and guidance to field offices, construction QA inspection and reporting, review of contract documents and shop drawings, review of NAS schedules and QC plans, and investigation and reporting of construction contractor claims. Offerors are requested to respond to this Sources Sought advertisement with the following information on no more than three pages: 1. Offeror’s name, address, points of contact, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. 2. Offeror’s capability to perform, to include geographic span. 3. Offeror’s business size to include designation as Certified Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Women-Owned Businesses, 8(a) contractors, Hub-zone Certifies Small Business Concerns, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Large Business Concerns. For 8(a) contractors, please include proposed graduation date from the 8(a) Program. Interested Offerors shall respond to this Sources Sought advertisement no later than 10:00 a.m. on 8 January 2009.
