Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS for Cell Phone Services in Baghdad, Iraq. This notice constitutes only a request for sources and is not a formal solicitation. The U.S. Department of State (DOS) requires the services for cell phones with activated roaming international capability to operate as designated in worldwide countires where telephone services are available. Services cover all of Iraq not limited to only advertised services areas in the Nenewa Region, Mosul, Kirkuk, Erbil, Sulaymaniya, Taji, Baghdad, Karbala, Najaf, Basra, and Um Qasr. The provided services shall ensure consistent, uninterrupted services within Baghdad city and locations in and around the Baghdad International Airport, Baghdad, Iraq. This is an UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. SEE Attachment for STATEMENT OF WORK.
