- Amendment P0001. RFQ is amended as follows: Delete quote for Modification of Main Upper Shown on "HSCG24-09-Q-8345 USCGC EAGLE BID SHEET" as 5.5 Modification of Main Upper and listed in HSCG24-09-Q-8345 as Modification to the Construction Specifications for the Upper Topsail Enclosure 5. Simplified Acquisition PRocedures, Commercial Item Acquisition --contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation to repair five sails and construct one sail of USCGC EAGLE, NEW LONDON CT 06320. Sails are: 1. Repair of Fore Topgallant 2. Repair of Fore Upper 3. Repair of Fore Course 4. Repair of Fore Lower 5. Repair of Main Topgallant 6. Modification of Main Topgallant Final acceptance date for sails numbered 1, 2, and 3 above is 20 FEB 2009. Final acceptance date for sails numbered 4, 5, and 6 above is 10 APR 2009. Contractor shall delvier all sails to ship's force so that there is sufficient timet o test sails prior to acceptance date. Contractors submitting quotes must provide references for similar past work. ALL contractors MUST have active registration on Contractor Central Registration at time quote is submitted. Complete solicitation HSCG24-09-Q-8345 should be available for downloading via www.fbo.gov on or about 10 DEC 2008. Quotes due: 10 JAN 2009
