- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE VISN 18 A&E IDIQ VA258-P-0202.The following project will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the reporting requirements of that act. The ARRA project number for this action is R101-09-045. The Veterans Administration National Energy Business Center (NEBC) intends to issue a Task Order against the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract VA258-P-0202 with Hartman & Majewski Design Group. This IDIQ has been previously competed in accordance with the Brooks Act. This IDIQ Task Order will be for A&E services to the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 18 Albuquerque, NM VA Medical Center and will be awarded on or about January 4, 2010. This A&E Design is for the following construction projects: steam trap evaluation and replacement, install VAV and heat recovery coil replacement for designated AC units, replace designated motors with NEMA premium motors, install light occupancy sensors, install vendmiser controls, install chilled water storage tank, replacement of 3.5 gallon flush toilets, evaluate and install solar hot water heating system, install watermisers and ejector modifications, replacement of existing high pressure sodium exterior lights with LED equivalents, install laminar flow fixtures. The estimated construction cost range for these projects is between $2.0M and $2.5M.
