Description

NAICS 236220 - Perform space alterations including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpet installation, etc. at the William L. Guy Federal Building/Post Office/Courthouse, 220 E. Rosser Ave., Bismarck, North Dakota. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on January 19, 2010. Work to be completed in 90 days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. Payment bond is required. This solicitation may be available on the internet http://www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. This procurement is full and open competition.
