- RFP Battelle, Pacific Northwest Division, Management & Operating Contractor of the U.S. Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), is requesting proposals from prospective offerors to provide a quasi-optical mircrowave bridge for a high field electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) system in accordance with the attached technical specifications. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the attached Request for Proposal (RFP).
