- IQC10004009011. This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract solicitation for one NSN. This IQC will consist of the following NSN: 1680-01-161-0299, Power Monitor Assy, IAW McDonnell Douglas Helicopter (CAGE 8V613) drawing 7-116122089 Rev F dated 19NOV1990, and parts list Rev B dated 21JUL2006, p/n 7-116122089. Approved source is Hamilton Sundstrand (CAGE 73030), p/n 107866. FOB Destination to be cited on each order delivery order. This is not a Critical Safety Item as of January 4, 2010. Surge is not required. Base period is 12 months. Option to extend terms of contract is 48 months, in 12-month increments, duration of contract period 5 years. Estimated Annual Demand is 24 each. Possible stock locations include but are not limited to: Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. Destination Inspection is required. This item is Configuration Control, Export Control, and a Source Control item. Requested delivery for production units is 185 days ARO or best possible. This procurement is being solicited as an unrestricted solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is January 20, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about February 19, 2010.
