- The US Army TACOM LCMC has a requirement for the following commercial item to support the Afghanistan Security Forces, Iraq Security Forces and other countries missions. Item: Wrecker Boom Underlift. This requirement will be solicited as a three-year requirement contract with two option years under W56HZV-10-R-G004. The estimated quantity of the item for year one is 40 each, year two 22 each and year three 20 each. FAR Part 12 with supplemental information will be used. Source selection trade off criteria will be used to evaluate proposals. This solicitation will be issued on or about January 30, 2010 and responses will be due 30 calendar days thereafter.
