Description

Printing specification for Program 2584-S, Census Miscellaneous Letters, Forms, and Flyers. Single award term contract for 1 year, February 1, 2010 through January 31, 2011 for Department of Commerce (Census). These specifications cover the production of miscellaneous letters, forms, and flyers requiring such operations as copy pickup, electronic prepress, proofs, reproducibles, press sheet inspections, printing in up to 3 ink colors and/or in 4-color process, binding, packing and distribution. Approximately 705 orders, up to 20 items per order, approximately 1,011 items. Approximately 100 to 1,000,000 copies per order. Forms printed one or two sides. Trim Sizes: Up to and including 11 x 25-1/2". Material to be picked up from and delivered to Suitland, MD. Deliver f.o.b. destination to various locations. Production time 3 to 17 workdays with accelerated schedule. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
