- SOLE_SOURCE - F100/200/220/220E/229 COMBUSTION CHAMBER LINER FOR THE APPLICATION OF PLASMA COATING (USAF 461204) A Sole-Source 2-year contract, Basic year with 1 option year, Best Estimated Quantity, Non-Commercial, overflow contract is contemplated. This contract is subject to the Service Contract Act. Basic Contract year: Item 0001: The contractor shall furnish all required labor, direct material, parts, facilities, test equipment, and services for the Combustion Chamber Liner application of (USAF 461204) plasma coatings to the following engines F100/200/220/220E/229. Input/Output: NSN: 2840-01-443-4069NZ, P/N: 4083170 AND/OR NSN: 2840-01-205-1132NZ: P/N: 4047851 AND/OR. 2840-01-461-3767NZ; P/N: 4084715-01 AND/OR NSN: 2840-01-434-1083NZ; P/N: 4083169-01 AND/OR NSN 2840-01-394-7088NZ; P/N: 40880412-01 AND/OR NSN: 2840-01-308-4479NZ; P/N: 4079666.01. This will be a contract for overflow workload for Tinker AFB, OK. Best Estimated QTY: 432/EA. CDRLs will not be separately priced. (Estimated) Basic Year Period of Performance: 31 MAR 2010 through 01 APR 2011. Delivery: 21 days ARO and receipt of repairable assets. Destination: Tinker Air Force Base OK 73145-3032. Form, fit, and function: The liner is designed to contain and direct exhaust gases. Material is Cobalt Alloy. Item Description: Cylindrical liner attached inside the augmenter duct. Size/dim: 3' x 6' cylindrical liner. No 50/50 workload certification is required for this effort. Item 0002: DATA.
